Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Acute Dialysis team. In this role, you will be instrumental in providing critical care to patients in a hospital environment.
Whether you are experienced in dialysis or new to this specialty, we offer thorough training to ensure your success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver specialized nephrology care in various hospital settings, including ICU, CCU, ED, and Med-Surg units.
- Manage patient care while collaborating with a small interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.
- Administer dialysis treatments, including Hemodialysis, Peritoneal Dialysis, Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT), and Apheresis.
- Perform patient assessments, monitor vital signs, and ensure the proper setup and functioning of dialysis machines.
- Adapt to a dynamic work environment, responding to patient needs and changing schedules.
- Participate in on-call rotations as required by the healthcare facility.

Qualifications:

- Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med-Surg settings is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Must successfully complete a pre-employment color blindness test (accommodations may be provided).
