Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care to pediatric and adult patients in their own homes. As a Registered Nurse with our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Provide hands-on nursing care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective care plans.
- Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care.
Requirements:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license for the state in which you practice.
- Current Health Certificate.
- Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
- Current BLS card.
- One year prior Registered Nurse (RN) experience preferred.
