About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and talented Psychologist (PsyD/PhD) to join our team at Flagship Ventures. As a key member of our mental health research team, you will play a crucial role in pioneering new approaches to mental health for diverse populations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pioneer novel ways of addressing mental health challenges through the development and validation of personality-based, cognition, and mental health-based assessments.
  • Work closely with software users to understand behavior and use-cases, providing insights to ensure our platform is aligned with state-of-the-art knowledge.
  • Oversee and analyze user data to assess platform performance, collaborating with our technical team to drive innovation and improvement.
  • Develop and implement scalable mental health solutions, leveraging your expertise in human psychology and research.
Requirements
  • PsyD/PhD from an accredited institution, with a research focus in personality, cognition, or related areas of study.
  • Strong understanding of psychological theories, therapeutic interventions, and mental health diagnostics.
  • Experience with designing and conducting empirical studies using real-world evidence.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in software development or app-based behavior engagement.
  • Experience in clinical settings, particularly in mental health services.
  • Familiarity with large language models.
