- Product Knowledge: Participate in the learning and sharing of product knowledge, current trends, and personal styling priorities to inspire customers.
- Love for the Brand: A genuine passion for the Free People brand and its aesthetic.
- Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer-facing roles, with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
