Room Attendant

The Park On Main, a hotel located in the heart of Highlands, NC, is seeking a skilled Room Attendant to join our Housekeeping Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our guest suites and public areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional guest service by warmly greeting and interacting with guests.
  • Ensure the safety and security of all guests and their belongings.
  • Stock and maintain housekeeping carts to ensure efficient room preparation.
  • Accommodate stay-over guests by refreshing rooms, removing trash, and replenishing amenities.
  • Prepare departure rooms for arrival by changing linens, dusting common areas, and replenishing guest amenities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and walk throughout the hotel.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
