Job Overview:

We are in search of a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team at Stand-By Personnel. This role primarily involves operating heavy machinery in a quarry setting, specifically D8T dozers and G23F graders. The operator will be responsible for utilizing various equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, loaders, and cranes to execute a variety of tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular inspections and perform maintenance and minor repairs on equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Adhere to safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment and prevent accidents.
  • Interpret blueprints and project plans to assess work requirements and necessary equipment.
  • Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, leveling surfaces, and setting up required machinery.
  • Collaborate with team members and site supervisors to facilitate efficient workflow and successful project completion.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated technical skills and physical stamina.
  • Comprehensive understanding of safety regulations.
