Insurance Sales Representative

Kevin Koenke - State Farm Agent is seeking a motivated and career-oriented professional to join their team in Falcon, CO.
Position OverviewAs a State Farm team member, you will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products, including auto, home, and life insurance.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Use a customer-focused approach to educate customers about insurance options and develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Hourly pay plus commission/bonus
- Paid time off (vacation and personal/sick days)
- Growth potential/Opportunity for advancement within the agency
- Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
- Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
- Enthusiasm about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage risks, recover from unexpected events, and achieve their goals
- Self-motivation and pride in getting work done accurately and timely
- Ability to work in a team environment and multi-task
- Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
- Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
