Role Responsibilities:
As a Physical Therapist, you will:
  • Conduct initial and ongoing evaluations of patients' conditions.
  • Develop tailored care plans that align with patients' needs and preferences.
  • Implement and oversee individualized physical therapy programs aimed at improving, maintaining, or restoring physical function.
  • Utilize established physical therapy techniques suitable for diverse patient demographics.
  • Supervise and guide physical therapy assistants, students, and support staff, ensuring effective communication and task delegation.
  • Assess and adjust prosthetic and orthotic devices as necessary.
  • Document patient goals, expected outcomes, and plans for follow-up evaluations.
