The Registered Nurse plays a pivotal role in the healthcare team at Leoforce by fostering genuine relationships with patients and their support systems. This position involves collaborating with physicians and fellow team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate tailored care plans that promote optimal health outcomes or ensure a dignified end-of-life experience.
The Registered Nurse employs evidence-based practices and compassion to guide patients through their healthcare journeys.
The individual in this role will take on the responsibility, authority, and accountability for the management and delivery of care in alignment with established policies and procedures.

Qualifications
Education:
A High School Diploma or GED is required; a Bachelor's Degree is preferred. Graduation from an accredited nursing program is mandatory.
If your RN nursing license has been inactive, retired, or lapsed for five years or more, and you have not held a license in another state during that time, successful completion of a Board-approved refresher course is required prior to reactivating your license.
To maintain current licensure status, you must apply for reinstatement within one year of completing the refresher course.
Experience:
A minimum of one year of relevant experience is preferred.
Licensure/Certification:
A current RN license in the appropriate state is required.
Completion of NC state-approved curricula for restrictive interventions (facility-specific) within three months of hire is required for Emergency Departments and Behavioral Health units.
