The Role You'll Contribute:
The Front Desk Associate will serve as a facilitator for efficient, effective flow of information to guests, clients, employees and physicians who need direction to specific areas and/or offices for all Advent Health Centra Cares. This role maintains an aura of congeniality and hospitality in all communications and provides exceptional customer service to our clients.
Your Responsibilities:
- Demonstrates through behavior Advent Health Centra Care's core values of Integrity, Compassion, Balance, Excellence, Stewardship and Teamwork
- Answers all incoming phone lines for Advent Health Centra Care Corporate office, greets and directs all visitors / clients. Maintains updated contact, extension and location lists. Responsible for retrieving after hours messages and routing to the appropriate party for action.
- Provides exemplary customer service and accurate assistance to visitors and callers for Advent Health Centra Care Corporate office.
- Responsible for the sorting and distribution of all incoming mail for the corporate office. Separates corporate accounts, correspondence and checks; identifies insurance payer and distributes to the appropriate party.
- Supports PFS department with the processing of all returned mail and distributes to the appropriate party for correction.
