We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Per Diem Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our team. As a Per Diem Occupational Therapist, you will provide a full range of occupational therapy services in a home care setting, working with children from birth to 18 years old.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in their homes, including assessments, treatment plans, and education for patients and caregivers.
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to plan and coordinate activities, consult on cases, and exchange information.
- Confer regularly with supervisor and other clinical team members to ensure high-quality care and services.
- Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy.
- One or more years of general OT experience with a Bachelor's degree.
- Vermont Occupational Therapy licensure.
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle with insurance.
- Traveling is required.
- May work in community-based settings, clients' homes, and outdoors.
