Key Responsibilities- Provide primary care services to factory employees, including diagnosing and treating medical conditions, conducting physical exams, and prescribing medications.
- Respond promptly to urgent medical cases, accidents, and injuries on-site, administering immediate care and determining the need for further treatment or hospital referrals.
- Prescribe medications, assess patient conditions, and monitor medication management and education.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with factory employees, promoting trust and a comfortable healthcare environment.
- Conduct health education sessions and wellness programs to improve the overall health and well-being of employees.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting medical histories, treatments, and prescribed medications.
- Coordinate with off-site healthcare providers and specialists as necessary for employee referrals and continuity of care.
- Ensure compliance with relevant healthcare regulations, protocols, and industry standards.
- Must be licensed in KS.
- BLS and CPR certification preferred.
- Must have a clean license with no malpractice reports.
