**Role Overview**

At Chili's Grill & Bar, we're looking for a skilled Host to join our team in Midvale. As a Host, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for an exceptional dining experience.

**Responsibilities**

• Provide a warm welcome to every guest
• Manage the wait list efficiently
• Communicate guest concerns to the manager when necessary
• Answer the telephone within three rings and direct calls
• Assist fellow team members when needed

**About You**

We're looking for someone with a friendly, warm, and caring attitude who can think and act quickly in a fast-paced environment. You should be able to work in a standing position for long periods and safely lift and maneuver trays of food when necessary. No experience is necessary, but a positive attitude and a passion for hospitality are a must.
