Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Residential Painter to join our team at Building Logistics Management. As a Residential Painter, you will be responsible for providing high-quality painting services for our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. If you are a motivated and experienced painter looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Paint exterior and interior walls of residential properties
  • Climb ladders and work at heights
  • Operate paint sprayers and use paintbrushes
  • Handle painting materials safely and efficiently
  • Review painting tasks and manage painting supplies
  • Clean up after each painting job and dispose of materials properly
  • Work effectively to avoid damaging client property
  • Provide safe precautions for customers
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
  • Ability to climb a ladder
  • 1-2 years of painting experience
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Ability to work with paint sprayers and hold a paintbrush for extended periods
