Salvage Yard Technician

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Salvage Yard Worker to join our team at LKQ Corporation. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for receiving labels from supervisors, pulling and retrieving parts from vehicles, inspecting parts for damage, and staging them for delivery drivers. You will also operate a forklift or order selector to transport parts within the warehouse and sort and place them on racks, shelves, or in bins.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive labels from supervisors for parts to be pulled
• Pull and retrieve parts from vehicles in the yard
• Inspect parts for damage and notify supervisors
• Stage parts for delivery drivers
• Operate a forklift or order selector to transport parts
• Sort and place parts and supplies on racks, shelves, or in bins

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment, lift heavy objects, and operate machinery safely.
