Key Responsibilities- Repair and test electronic components using soldering techniques and designated procedures.
- Drive efficiency in Service Return Material Authorizations (RMA) responsibilities through rapid processing and dispositions.
- Maintain the Service Training and Testing Area to ensure all tools and resources are available to support the Omega Service mission.
- Lead inventory management of new and used parts, including ordering and managing Periodic Automatic Replacement (PAR) Levels.
- Ensure information gained from product performance, troubleshooting, and process development is entered into knowledge base platforms.
- Adhere to strict regulatory and safety guidelines, maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
- Contribute to developing procedures and best practices associated with testing critical parts.
- Associate degree in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to repair electronic components using soldering techniques, schematics, and designated procedures.
- Experience with computer hardware and software to install, troubleshoot components, and perform updates.
- Diligence and commitment to producing high-quality work, with outstanding critical thinking skills and ability to troubleshoot electrical issues.
- Integrity, patience, and ability to communicate with people under various circumstances.
