Job Title: PowerBuilder Developer

At Spectraforce Technologies, we are seeking a highly skilled PowerBuilder Developer to join our team.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining complex applications using PowerBuilder, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and test PowerBuilder applications using PFC libraries
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop technical solutions
  • Perform unit testing, configuration management, source code control, deployment, and release management
  • Provide operational support services, including troubleshooting and resolving issues
  • Participate in planning efforts for application replacement and modernization

Requirements:

  • Four years of programming experience in PowerBuilder with PFC libraries
  • Experience with Agile teams and development methods
  • Informix or Oracle database and database tools experience
  • PowerBuilder source control tools experience (Microsoft VSS or others)
  • Ability to read, understand, and document program code to support DECORUM projects
