LTD Hospitality Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and Evaluate the physical condition of facilities to determine the type of work required.
  • Investigate and Resolve complaints about service and equipment, and take corrective action.
  • Lead and Develop a team of housekeeping staff to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Monitor and Assess performance of yourself and others to identify areas for improvement.
  • Recommend Changes to improve service and increase operational efficiency.
Requirements
  • Thorough Knowledge of emergency procedures.
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong Leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to Work weekends and holidays.
  • Physical Ability to move luggage, packages or furniture weighing up to 30 lb.
