Key ResponsibilitiesThe Outpatient Neurology Department at Virginia Mason comprises a team of 11 skilled Neurologists dedicated to managing a wide array of neurological conditions.
As part of our comprehensive Neurosciences Institute, we provide integrated care alongside specialists in neurosurgery, neuropsychology, physical medicine and rehabilitation, as well as an inpatient neuro-hospitalist service.
We take pride in fostering a collaborative and enjoyable workplace, featuring:

- Neuro-oncology tumor boards
- Research opportunities in collaboration with the Benaroya Research Institute
As a teaching institution, we host Internal Medicine residents and collaborate with the University of Washington, providing rotations for medical students at our downtown facility.
Our resources include a PhD research program manager, clinical pharmacists, RN case management, and social work support. This role involves outpatient call only, with shared responsibilities among the Neurologists.
Qualifications- Board Eligible/Board Certified in Neurology
- Fellowship training in EEG, EMG, or other subspecialties is encouraged
- Eligibility to obtain a medical professional license in Washington State
- Ability to secure a DEA with full prescriptive authority for specific practice
- BLS certification required
