We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Behavioral Technician to join our team at Autism Therapeutic Services LLC. As a Behavioral Technician, you will play a critical role in providing clinical skills instruction and behavior reduction protocols to children with Autism and related developmental disabilities in various settings.
Key Responsibilities- Implement clinical protocols and written plans to support client progress
- Collect and record data on client behavior, including toilet training and skill acquisition
- Assist with parent and caregiver training, as well as collaborate with the treatment team
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, co-workers, and community members
- Adhere to organizational policies and procedures, as well as maintain client confidentiality
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field preferred
- Experience working with children with Autism and related developmental disabilities, preferably in a classroom or 1:1 setting
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assume various postures for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

- Paid Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) training and credentialing
