As a RN Resident, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care to individuals with various medical conditions, including cancer.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, and develop individualized care plans to address these needs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and monitor patients' responses to these interventions.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and patient satisfaction.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Montana.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- National Certification in Medical-Surgical Nursing or Oncology Nursing.
