We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious New Home Sales Professional to join our team at The Cavco Family of Companies. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales targets, providing exceptional customer service, and building strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals and objectives
Requirements:
- Must pass a background check and drug test
- Must be available to work weekends (Sat. and/or Sun.)
- Must have a strong sales background and excellent communication skills
