Litigation Associate Attorney

Our law firm is seeking a highly skilled Litigation Associate Attorney to join our team in Cinnaminson, NJ. As an Associate Attorney, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of cases, including litigation in New Jersey and Pennsylvania courts.

We are looking for an attorney with at least 4 years of experience in the legal field, preferably with a license to practice law in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Your expertise in areas such as estate planning, probate, and homeowner association law would be advantageous, but not required.

You will be responsible for representing clients in court proceedings, drafting legal documents, advising clients on legal matters, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Your strong critical thinking skills and problem-solving abilities will enable you to effectively manage and supervise the daily operations of a law practice.

• Represent clients in New Jersey Court proceedings in Superior Court Law Division and Special Civil Part, as well as practice law in Pennsylvania in Court of Commons Pleas, Orphan's Court, and occasionally Magistrate Court.
• Prepare various legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, and appeals.
• Advise clients on legal matters including but not limited to business, corporate, condominium law, and real estate transactions.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and court rules in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
• Conduct thorough research to strengthen cases and provide sound legal advice.

• A minimum of four (4) years of professional experience in the legal field is mandatory for this role.
• A valid license to practice law in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania is preferred.
• Strong critical thinking skills and problem-solving abilities are indispensable.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential qualifications to assist with the responsibilities of the role of a litigation attorney for the firm.
