Dietitian Intermediate

About the Role:

As a Registered Dietitian at DaVita, you will be a vital member of each patient's core care team. Your ability to analyze lab-work results and educate patients-and their families-on what to eat accordingly will be critical to helping them live better lives. You will have the opportunity to build meaningful and long-term relationships with patients and their families in an intimate outpatient setting.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze lab-work results and develop personalized nutrition plans for patients.
• Educate patients-and their families-on what to eat accordingly.
• Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient health outcomes.

Requirements:

• State licensure required if licensure is available in the state where the facility is located.
• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or similar area required.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, possibly for multiple facilities and travel when needed.
• Intermediate computer skills and proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook required as well as functional proficiency with DaVita specific applications within 60 days.
