InsideHigherEd is in search of a Director for Title III Programs to oversee our initiatives related to federal funding. Position Overview- Design, implement, and manage programs funded by the Title III grant in accordance with federal standards.
- Ensure all programs adhere to federal regulations and institutional policies.
- Facilitate the assessment of all Title III activities and track the advancement of grant initiatives, including site evaluations and collaboration with Activity Leaders.
Educational Background: A Master's degree in Business or a related discipline is required. A Bachelor's degree combined with two years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of the Master's degree.
Professional Experience: A minimum of five years of experience in managing grant-funded programs is necessary.
Compensation will be based on experience and educational qualifications.
Competencies and SkillsAbilities: Proficient in developing compliance-oriented proposals, demonstrating sound financial management, and upholding confidentiality.
Knowledge: Familiarity with policies, regulations, academic objectives, and technological tools.
Skills: Expertise in customer service, effective communication, and public speaking.
