Nighttime Facilities Coordinator

Koa Restoration & Maintenance is seeking an experienced Overnight Supervisor to manage the cleaning and maintenance of our resort facilities in Waikoloa, Hawaii.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in supervisory experience and be able to lead a team of employees in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our resort kitchens, lobby, pool decks, public areas, and restaurants.

About the Job

• Lead a team of employees in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of resort facilities
• Monitor employee performance to ensure maximum productivity
• Typical tasks include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, trash removal, operating equipment such as pressure washers, buffers, and auto scrubbers

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Clean restrooms and restock toilet paper, hand towels, hand soap, and seat covers
2. Cleaning kitchen countertops, floors, walls, stoves, refrigerators, freezers, and small kitchen appliances
3. Cleaning lobby and public area walls, floors, baseboards, ledges, furniture, carpets, etc.
4. Cleaning pool decks, walkways, and lanai furniture
5. Adhere to all company-related health and safety rules
6. Be able to work efficiently and at a fast pace

Requirements and Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience preferred
• Ability to maintain a high level of performance
• Be able to carry up to 50 pounds
• Able to be on your feet for 8 hours at a time

Pay and Benefits
