Pathology Medical Director Opportunity

HCA Physician Services is seeking a highly skilled Medical Director to lead our Pathology Services team at Rio Grande Regional Hospital in McAllen, Texas.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in medical leadership and be able to guide our team of board-certified pathologists in delivering exceptional patient care. As Medical Director, you will play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of our pathology services and driving business growth.

Rio Grande Regional Hospital is a 320-bed acute care facility serving the residents of the Rio Grande Valley. Our hospital offers a wide range of comprehensive services, including adult and pediatric intensive care, an accredited Chest Pain Center, Primary Stroke Center, Level III Trauma Center, neuroscience unit, minimally invasive surgery, and robotics.

We offer a competitive salary package, including a guaranteed base salary plus profit-sharing. Other benefits include health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, paid time off (PTO), CME allowance, relocation assistance, and a sign-on bonus.

With this opportunity, you can expect a salary ranging from approximately $300,000 to over $500,000 annually, depending on your qualifications and performance.
