Salesforce Architect

Radwell International is seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to drive the customization, implementation, and optimization of our global Salesforce platform.

• Design, develop, and deploy customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
  
• Integrate Salesforce with other systems using REST/SOAP APIs, ensuring data consistency and seamless data flow.
  
• Optimize the use of 3rd party applications to enhance go to market sales activities and processes.
  
• Identify and implement solutions to improve system performance, data integrity, and user experience.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, provide technical insights, and ensure alignment of Salesforce capabilities with business needs.
  
• Conduct unit testing, debugging, and validation of Salesforce solutions to ensure quality standards before deployment.
  
• Document system architecture, design changes, and user instructions, and provide ongoing technical support as needed.
  
• Stay updated with Salesforce releases and new features, recommending improvements to the existing Salesforce environment.

• 3-5 years of Salesforce development experience with proven expertise in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Component Framework.
  
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is required; Platform Developer II is a plus.
  
• Proficient in Salesforce platform development with strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and design patterns.
  
• Experience with Salesforce declarative development tools like Process Builder, Flows, and custom objects.
  
• Familiarity with REST and SOAP APIs, and experience in integrating Salesforce with external systems.
  
• Knowledge of SOQL and SOSL for efficient data manipulation within Salesforce.
  

This is an exempt position, requiring a work schedule that achieves the results and objectives identified by the company and the CIO.
