  • Our facility is a well-equipped acute care hospital offering a range of services, including Cardiology, Emergency Services, and Orthopedic Surgery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial and ongoing evaluations of patients' conditions.
  • Develop, modify, and assess treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs, involving patients and their families in the process.
  • Implement therapeutic interventions using established physical therapy techniques suitable for various conditions.
  • Supervise the activities of physical therapy assistants, students, and other support staff.
  • Educate patients, families, and colleagues as necessary to achieve treatment objectives.
  • Maintain precise and timely documentation of patient records and personal notes.
  • Engage in performance improvement initiatives related to departmental and organizational functions.
  • Contribute to the recruitment of new team members and participate in peer performance evaluations as required.
  • Fulfill additional responsibilities as assigned.
  • Availability for on-call duties may be required.

Qualifications

Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy.
  • Valid license to practice Physical Therapy in the relevant state prior to employment.
  • BLS certification from the American Heart Association.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.
  • A minimum of two years of relevant experience in the field.
