We are seeking a skilled Assembly Worker to join our team at Avalon. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assembling mechanical, pneumatic, and electronic parts with complex assembly content.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Verify order documents and parts for accuracy and completeness, reporting any shortages
  • Assemble mechanical, pneumatic, or electronic parts with complex assembly content
  • Make and document adjustments as part of the work task
  • Check functionality and completeness of the respective assembly content based on test instructions
Requirements:
  • Availability of a car and driver's license
  • Manual dexterity
  • Willingness to work in shifts
  • Independent work style, reliability, and accuracy
  • Willingness to learn, flexibility, and teamwork
  • German language skills in speaking and writing

We offer a permanent employment contract according to BAP/DGB collective agreement, long-term position with the possibility of permanent employment, bonus of up to 500 euros after the probationary period, Christmas and vacation pay, bonus payments and incentives based on performance, and a pleasant working atmosphere.
