Job Title: SFS Technician

Job Summary:

The Lafayette Parish School System is seeking a skilled SFS Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance and operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our cafeterias and facilities.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and repair cafeteria equipment and appliances
• Perform routine cleaning and sanitizing of cafeteria facilities
• Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operations

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1-2 years of experience in a related field
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Work Environment:

This is a full-time position working 5:30am - 1:00pm. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
