About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Oncologist to join our team at Intermountain Healthcare. As a Medical Oncologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Provide outpatient clinical care to patients with cancer, including diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Participate in multidisciplinary tumor boards to discuss patient cases and develop treatment plans
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advances in oncology and incorporate evidence-based practices into patient care
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination

Requirements

  • Board certification in medical oncology
  • Unrestricted medical license in Utah or ability to obtain
  • U.S. ACGME residency training in internal medicine or a related field
  • Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers
