Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team, providing comprehensive care to adult and geriatric patients. As a vital member of our healthcare team, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional patient outcomes.

Under the general supervision of Therapy Leadership, you will:

• Perform objective assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with varying needs.
• Provide direct supervision to patients, ensuring their safety and well-being throughout the rehabilitation process.
• Indirectly supervise rehabilitation technicians, promoting a collaborative environment that fosters growth and development.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A current State license of Physical Therapy.
• A Bachelor, Master of Science in Physical Therapy or Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree.
• Certifications: BLS certified, with required certifications being current before assigned to care for patients independently.

We prefer candidates with six months to one year of experience in rehabilitation physical therapy, particularly those with expertise in caring for adult and geriatric patients.
