We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced leader to join our team as an Austin Market Manager at WhiteWater Express Car Wash. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing and leading high-performing teams, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous learning within your team.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase revenue.
- Lead and manage a team of direct reports, providing coaching, guidance, and development opportunities to ensure their success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Proven track record of leadership experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members, customers, and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, ever-changing environment and adapt to new challenges and priorities.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
