Nursing Director for Long Term Care

The Good Samaritan Society seeks an experienced Director of Nursing to oversee nursing programs in our long-term care facility. This role is responsible for ensuring high standards of resident care and compliance with regulations.
About the Role- Manage a team of nursing staff to provide excellent patient care
- Develop and implement clinical programs to improve geriatric care processes
- Maintain regulatory compliance and ensure high-quality care standards
This position requires a strong leader who can effectively manage and direct nursing staff, develop clinical programs, and optimize geriatric care processes. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in nursing management and be passionate about delivering high-quality care.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred, but not required
- Five years of nursing experience, including leadership roles
- Current RN license and multistate licensure if applicable
We offer a competitive salary range of $$90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
