Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Love's Travel Stops and Country Stores. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and performing various sales and customer service duties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide fast, friendly, and accurate services to customers, including answering questions and addressing customer needs.
  • Balance a cash register by completing customer transactions and offering additional sales opportunities to customers.
  • Use a variety of methods and technology to ensure proper food safety conditions of our fresh food and deli products.
  • Clean your direct working area, the sales floor, restrooms, showers, gas/diesel pumps, and complete trash runs.
  • Perform additional duties as needed, including cross-training in other departments and leadership roles.
Requirements
  • Ability to move, lift 25+ pounds, and work in various temperatures.
  • Flexibility and teamwork skills are essential for success in this role.
