About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Caregiver to join our team at Home Helpers Home Care of Metro South Massachusetts. As a Caregiver, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients, providing one-on-one, in-home companion care and daily living assistance to seniors and those requiring recuperative or continuing care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care assistance, including toileting and bathing
  • Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation
  • Transport clients to and from appointments and activities
  • Carry out a plan of care that best supports each client's unique needs
  • Collaborate with Home Helpers associates and client families to create compassionate and supportive solutions
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a reliable vehicle
  • Availability to work 12 hours per week, with at least 3 days of availability
  • Kind, caring, dependable, and mature individual
  • Understanding of the importance of ethics and client confidentiality
  • Ability to complete all necessary requirements for employment
