Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and escort uncleared personnel within the facility to ensure a secure environment.
  • Prepare and submit detailed written reports regarding safety, security, and facility-related incidents or issues.
  • Maintain visual contact and proper line of sight with uncleared personnel at all times to prevent potential security breaches.
  • Respond professionally and courteously to all personnel, upholding the highest standards of customer service.
  • Remain vigilant and alert at all times to provide effective security monitoring of escorted individuals.
  • Work in various industrial locations, including mechanical and electrical rooms, while adhering to safety protocols and wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Properly sanitize areas prior to escorting uncleared personnel into designated work areas to maintain a clean and secure environment.
  • Perform physical tasks such as walking long distances, climbing stairs, and sitting/standing for extended periods.
  • Wear company-provided dress uniforms and adhere to dress code requirements.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned or requested to ensure the success of the team.
  • Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, a minimum of 1 year of security experience, and the ability to stand/sit for extended periods.
  • Ability to provide written and verbal incident reports to various customers.
  • Must be a US Citizen and possess a fully adjudicated Top Secret/SCI clearance.
