Slitting Technician

Job Summary:

Green Bay Packaging California Slitting Division is seeking a skilled Slitter Technician to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our manufacturing machinery, ensuring the highest level of productivity and quality.

Responsibilities:

• Operating or assisting in the operation of manufacturing machinery and material handling equipment
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Collaborating with colleagues to achieve production goals
• Participating in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements:

We are looking for a candidate with a high school diploma or equivalent, a stable work history, good communication skills, and the ability to work well with others. Prior shift and manufacturing experience is a plus.
