About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead HVAC Installation Technician to join our team at Summers Plumbing Heating & Cooling - Bloomington. As a key member of our residential installation division, you will be responsible for leading a team of installers and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality installations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of installers and provide guidance and support to ensure successful project completion
  • Remove old HVAC equipment and ductwork, and replace it with new equipment, ensuring proper setup and testing
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve project goals and objectives
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant industry standards and regulations

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of residential on-call experience
  • Ability to lift 60-80 pounds
  • Comfortability working in crawl spaces and attics

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary range of $60,000-$120,000 per year, based on skills and experience
  • $5,000 sign on bonus
