**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide leadership and guidance to a team of maintenance technicians, including hiring, training, and performance management.
  • Develop and implement a preventative maintenance plan to ensure the efficient and effective maintenance of our properties.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, and potential issues.
  • Assign tasks to maintenance service team members and ensure timely completion of service requests.

**Requirements**

  • 3+ years of experience in maintenance operations, preferably in multifamily housing.
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance.
  • HVAC/EPA certification required.
  • Certified Apartment Maintenance Tech (CAMT) is a plus.
