Mark Twain Casino is seeking a skilled Casino Host to join our dynamic Marketing Department. As a Casino Host, you will be the face of our casino, driving sales and marketing efforts to attract and retain VIP players.

• Player Development: Attract new players, maintain relationships with existing ones, and provide exceptional service to all VIP casino guests.
• Support Marketing Team: Assist the Marketing Manager and Supervisor with various duties, ensuring smooth operations.
• Safeguard Company Assets: Ensure the security and integrity of our casino's resources.
• Event Participation: Engage with players on the casino floor to gather valuable insights and feedback.
• Host On-Site Events: Organize and conduct exciting events and promotional parties to keep our guests loyal and engaged.

• Outstanding Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain relationships with high-value clients.
• Marketing and Sales Expertise: Experience in sales, customer service, casino host, or marketing roles.
• Education and Certifications: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a gaming-related field is strongly preferred; Missouri Gaming Level II Gaming License required.
