Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled CT Technologist to join our team at Ascension St. Vincent in Indianapolis, IN. As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for performing computerized tomographic procedures for the diagnosis of disease and injury. You will work closely with radiologists to ensure accurate and high-quality imaging results.

Responsibilities
  • Perform CT scans on patients to diagnose and treat medical conditions
  • Prepare and position patients for CT scans, ensuring their safety and comfort
  • Operate CT scanners and other imaging equipment to produce high-quality images
  • Collaborate with radiologists to interpret CT scan results and provide accurate diagnoses
  • Develop and implement protocols for CT scanning procedures
Requirements
  • BLS Provider certification within 1 month of hire date
  • Radiologic Technologist credentialed from the Indiana Medical Radiology Services Program within 6 months of hire date
  • One or more of the following: Nuclear Medical Tech credentialed from the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB), ARRT(CT) Radiologic Technologist specializing in Computed Tomography, or Radiologic Technologist specializing in Radiography credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
  • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience or Associate's degree/Technical degree or 4 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience
