Job Summary:

The Salon Manager is a key leadership role responsible for the overall success of our salon. As a Salon Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of stylists, managing scheduling, inventory, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of stylists to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
  • Manage scheduling, inventory, and customer experience to ensure a positive and productive work environment
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer loyalty
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote salon services and products
  • Participate in routine up-training and skill advancement to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in staff management, recruitment, training, and onboarding
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Point of Sales Systems
  • Ability to work weekends and be flexible with scheduling
  • Up-to-date Florida cosmetology or Barber license
