We are seeking a skilled and experienced ER Travel Nurse to join our team at Travel Nurse Across America. As an ER Travel Nurse, you will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with a diverse team of healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide basic bedside care and perform minor medical operations
- Advise patients and family members on illnesses or injuries, and plan long-term care needs
- Document medical history, check for allergies, and obtain patient vital signs
- Maintain supplies and medical equipment, and report suspected abuse to appropriate agencies
Requirements:
- ACLS and BLS certifications
- 2 years of recent acute care experience
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods, bend, lean, and stoop without difficulty
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and possess good coping skills for stress
