- Ensure adherence to regulations set by sports governing bodies.
- Maintain required certifications as mandated.
- Follow safety protocols and concussion management guidelines.
- Create a supportive environment for both individual and team development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide participants throughout the academic year and support events.
- Disseminate team information and promotional materials.
- Ensure compliance with sports regulations and club policies.
- Assist in maintaining records and managing data.
- Participate in club events and meetings as required.
- Ensure completion of necessary waivers, memberships, and insurance documentation.
- Adhere to quality standards and club protocols.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by club management.
Work Schedule:
- Work hours will vary based on practice, competition, and travel needs.
Reporting Line:
- Directly report to the Recreation Manager within the organization.
Decision-Making Authority:
This role entails planning, organizing, and making decisions regarding team selections and training sessions based on established criteria.
- Compliance with health and safety regulations is essential.
- Attendance at all club activities is mandatory.
Qualifications:
- Degree in sports or a related discipline.
- Experience in sports coaching and development.
- Ability to work flexible hours.
- Possession of a valid driving license.
