As a Licensed Practical Nurse with IntelyCare, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in post-acute facilities throughout the Pittsburgh area. Your duties will include:
- Tracking the wellbeing of residents, both physical and mental, and monitoring their vital signs.
- Conducting intakes, documenting health concerns and medical history of residents.
- Administering and properly verifying medications and monitoring their effects.
- Reviewing residents' charts and medical records.
- Assisting with the cultivation of a safe, comfortable facility.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current Pennsylvania state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
- Completion of an approved Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) educational program.
- A high school diploma or GED (or equivalent).
- The ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
- A minimum of 6 months of experience (LPN or related role).
