Job Title: Holiday Seasonal Sales Associate

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Holiday Seasonal Sales Associate. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Responsibilities:

* Greet customers and assess their needs to provide a personalized shopping experience
* Describe footwear and apparel technology to ensure customers are making informed decisions
* Recommend and select merchandise based on customer needs
* Maintain knowledge of sales, promotions, and policies regarding purchases and exchanges or returns
* Demonstrate features and benefits of footwear and apparel to maximize sales goals

Requirements:

* Exceptional customer service skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Reliable with a strong work ethic
* Knowledge of basic mathematics and ability to conduct self in a professional and respectful manner
* Excellent verbal communication skills
