Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is between $55,000 and $65,000, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to your base pay, you will also receive route and detention pay, as well as bonuses of up to $600 per quarter for safety and performance, and up to $750 per quarter for longevity. We offer medical, dental, and vision insurance, disability and life insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, ten paid holidays, and paid time off.

Requirements

To be eligible for this position, you must have a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and at least three months of Class A driving experience. You must also live within 30 miles of Lima, OH. We are a wholly owned subsidiary of Schneider, but we operate separately from them with our own operating procedures, qualification requirements, training program, pay packages, and benefits.
