Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated full-time Speech Therapist to join our team.

Compensation is based on full-time employment and maximum productivity, ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 annually.

Key Responsibilities

The Home Health Speech Therapist (ST, SLP) will assess and evaluate patient care needs related to speech and language disorders, providing functional training in communication, swallowing, and cognitive challenges.
  • Deliver services within the legal scope of practice as defined by state regulations, adhering to the care plan and collaborating with the healthcare team.
  • Assess the patient's functional abilities using diagnostic and prognostic tests, assisting the physician in formulating the therapy care plan.
  • Facilitate effective communication for patients by tailoring treatment to their specific conditions, following established standards of practice.
  • Educate patients, families, caregivers, and other healthcare team members on relevant aspects of speech therapy.
Qualifications

Licensure Requirements
  • Current licensure in Speech Therapy in the practicing state
  • Valid CPR certification
  • Possession of a current driver's license and vehicle insurance, along with access to reliable transportation
